. A connection to a past forgotten. Longing to know and praying for it for months on end.

. How does one go through life always having the sensation of loneliness. Even in the presence of family and close friends, even in the presence of a spouse or partner. Which is intricately tied into trust issues with everyone and everything. Where somehow, there is a gap between the heart and soul causing loneliness.

What happens when it becomes common practice to have our identity stolen and properties and investments placed at risk? And what happens when the day comes when we awaken to the knowledge that some of our most trusted friends and family members have actually been observing us and using information pertaining to our lives against us, how do we grapple with these infringements on our daily lives? 

What if for most of our lives, the wool had been pulled over our eyes but recently, we have awoken to find that modern day slavery is more rife and thriving than we ever could have imagined? What if the people spoken of in the Bible who were held captive by the Pharaoh against their will and who were treated as slaves still exist in present day?

Change is inevitable …
